Using Kobciye Studio
Kobciye Studio provides coding lessons, exercises and learning discussions. By using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you cannot legally agree to these terms yourself, involve a parent or guardian before creating an account.
Your account
Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in details private and use only accounts you are authorised to access. Contact awale822@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised. Do not share accounts or bypass enrolment and lesson-access restrictions.
Lessons, access and payments
Access depends on the course’s publication status, your enrolment and any progression requirements. A free preview does not grant access to an entire course. Video playback and coding exercises may require a suitable device and internet connection; mobile data charges are your responsibility.
If paid access is offered, review the price, included access, dates and any cancellation or refund terms shown before purchase. These terms do not remove rights you have under applicable consumer law. Contact us with purchase questions before paying.
Respectful and safe participation
- Treat learners and instructors respectfully. Do not harass, threaten, spam or post unlawful content.
- Do not upload malicious code, attack the service, evade security controls or deliberately generate excessive traffic.
- Do not submit someone else’s personal information or material you do not have permission to use.
- Do not redistribute lesson recordings, share protected playback links or resell course access without permission.
Course materials and your work
Kobciye Studio and its licensors retain rights in their course materials and branding. Enrolment permits personal learning use, not redistribution or resale.
You retain your rights in code and discussion content you submit. You give Kobciye Studio permission to store, process and display that content as needed to grade exercises, save your work, provide discussions and operate the service. Other participants may see content you post in discussions.
Availability and account restrictions
Lessons and features may change, and outages or errors can occur. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular learning result or employment. We may restrict accounts or remove content to address abuse, security concerns or violations of these terms. Contact us if you believe a restriction is mistaken.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Deleting your account
Students can start deletion in Settings by choosing “Email deletion confirmation”. Open the link sent to your account email, sign in to the same account if needed, type DELETE and choose “Permanently delete my account”. The link expires in 15 minutes. Requesting an email or opening the link alone does not delete anything.
Once confirmed, deletion permanently removes your account, sign-in connections, active sessions, enrolments, saved submissions, learning progress and discussion posts. You lose access through that account, including enrolled courses. Other learners’ replies remain. Save any work you want to keep before confirming; creating another account does not restore deleted work or progress.
Minimal payment transaction records may remain without your account or enrolment links or raw provider payloads. Historical backups may retain information until their configured retention period ends. Account deletion does not itself request a refund or erase records held independently by payment, email or sign-in providers.
If you cannot sign in or receive the email, have a staff account, or want only connected-provider data removed, follow our data deletion instructions to contact support. Manual requests require ownership verification. Revoking Google or Facebook access at the provider does not itself delete your Kobciye Studio account.
Privacy and changes to these terms
Our privacy policy describes how we handle your information.
